Refund & Cancellation Policy

LossFolio is pay per report. There is no subscription, contract or minimum, so there is nothing to cancel — you can stop ordering at any time. Each order shows its price before you confirm, and it is charged to your card on file (or invoiced, if your company has invoice terms). Account credit is used first when you have it. The full terms are in the Products Access & Services Agreement.

If a report can't be produced, or fails our quality checks, what you paid for it is credited to your LossFolio account automatically. You don't need to ask. The credit is used on your next reports before your card is charged, and we email your Company Admin when it happens.

If your company pays by invoice and the report wasn't invoiced yet, it simply isn't billed. If it was already on an invoice, we take it off or add a credit to that invoice. If you'd rather have a credit refunded to your card, ask us.

• A company admin can cancel a report that is still being prepared, from the Reports page.
• The amount you paid comes back as account credit, which is used automatically on your next orders. If you'd rather have it refunded to your card, ask us.
• A report that has already been delivered can't be cancelled — see “Errors in a delivered report”.

Delivered reports are final, except that if you find an error caused by us, we will correct or re-run the report, or refund it, at our option. Tell us within 30 days of delivery.

Add-ons, such as the full roof measurement report on a Fast Retail Quote, follow the same rules. If a paid add-on can't be produced, its price is returned as account credit automatically.

Email service@rosetechhq.com with the report's address and date. Card refunds usually appear in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
