Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses LossFolio. It is part of our Terms of Service and your company's Customer Agreement. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask us first at service@rosetechhq.com.

• Use your own login. Don't share sign-in details, and don't let anyone outside your company use your account.
• Don't resell, sublicense or provide access to LossFolio or its reports as a service to other companies.
• Don't create accounts with false information, or to get around a suspension, a price or a promotion limit.
• Remove access for people who leave your company.

• Only upload photos, documents and customer information you have the right to use and share with us.
• Don't upload information LossFolio doesn't need — such as Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, bank or card numbers, or health information.
• Don't upload malware or files designed to harm the platform or other users.
• Don't upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or is harassing or discriminatory.

• Don't use LossFolio to misrepresent damage, measurements, weather events or prices to an insurance carrier, a homeowner or anyone else, or to support a fraudulent claim.
• Don't alter a LossFolio report and present it as LossFolio's unaltered output, or remove notices such as “estimated measurement”.
• Verify estimates before relying on them, and follow the licensing, contractor and public-adjusting rules in your state.

• Don't probe, scan or test for vulnerabilities except as allowed by our Vulnerability Disclosure & Bug Bounty policy.
• Don't access, or try to access, another company's data or an account that isn't yours.
• Don't overload, disrupt or bypass the platform's limits, billing or security controls.
• Don't scrape, copy, frame or reverse engineer LossFolio, its rate tables, report formats or catalogs, or use them to build a competing product.
• Don't use automated tools to place orders or pull data, other than integrations we provide or approve in writing.

• Don't try to make the assistant reveal other users' information, ignore its safeguards, or produce harmful or deceptive content.
• Review AI output before you use it. You are responsible for what you send to customers and carriers.

We may remove content, suspend accounts or end access for violations, as described in the Terms. Report suspected misuse to service@rosetechhq.com, and security issues to security@rosetechhq.com.
